The Almond Board of California is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping leaders and organizations operate at their best. As a trusted partner to the President & CEO, this role plays a critical role in supporting executive priorities, Board of Directors activities, stakeholder engagement, and special projects. The Executive Assistant helps ensure the CEO and organization operate with focus, efficiency, and accountability by anticipating needs, managing competing priorities, and driving follow-through on key initiatives.
This is a full-time, exempt position based in Modesto, CA with a hybrid work schedule.
