HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Resposibilities:
Performs secretarial and routine administrative duties for the Vice
President/Chief Financial Officer. Supervises Administrative Assistant to
Executive Director of Finance and oversees general operation of Finance
Office.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY:
Qualification:
Minimum: High School diploma or equivalent; Preferred: AA,
Vocational/Technical School Degree or Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
Required Experience:
Five (5) years of executive office management experience required. Eight (8)
years experience preferred.

Proficient typing and computer skills to include Excel, Word,
PowerPoint, and MS Office. -
Manage Vice President/ CFO's calendar, handle and screen calls
appropriately, coordinate trips, handle special arrangements, prepare
meeting documents, etc. -
Transcribe and prepare correspondence. Highly developed ability to
independently create communication and correspondence with
regulatory agencies, professional advisors and others as directed by
CFO. -
Assist with preparation of corporate minutes, schedules, notes, and
planning related to TMH Board committees and subsidiaries. -
Maintenance of corporate records relating to real estate, insurance
policies, bank and trust accounts, bond documents and other
permanent records as required. -
Coordinate CFO interactions with other members of Finance
management team in a cordial, efficient manner to facilitate timely
completion of time sensitive deadlines. -
Maintain a calendar of sensitive deadlines for matters such as tax
returns, AHCA regulatory filings, Medicare filings, and other regulatory
and non-regulatory matters deemed essential to the operation of the
Hospital.
