This is a dual-function role that combines executive-level support to the Chief of Staff with responsibility for supporting and coordinating special projects and activities within the Chief of Staff's portfolio and across Dean's Office initiatives.
The role requires strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and ensure a high level of organization and preparedness in a fast-paced environment. This role works closely with the administrative and executive support team across the Dean's Office.
