Provide executive level administrative support to the Dean of the School of Theology, provide hospitable service, build strong communication, provide organization support for the work of the Dean, prepare administrative and faculty reports, give leadership to special projects, and maintain good records. Function with hospitality, organizational acumen, efficiency, diplomacy, and judgment, while handling multiple priorities and addressing complex tasks and issues.
B.A./B.S. with 3-5 years of experience, master's degree preferred, strong communication and writing skills, strong organization skills and efficiency, the ability to multi-task and work independently exercising good judgment, the ability to solve problems with creativity, the ability to handle confidential issues with discretion and tact, and three to five years of directly related experience.
