We are currently seeking a Executive Assistant
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Manage complex calendars, meetings, travel, and communications
Prepare executive reports, presentations, and correspondence
Lead and track strategic projects, ensuring deadlines are met
Implement and manage digital tools, filing systems, and workflows
Act as liaison with stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality
Oversee administrative staff and manage executive office budget
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred; 7+ years of executive support experience
Advanced skills in Microsoft 365, project management, and collaboration tools
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Prior C-level support experience in a high-growth environment
Detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive
Strong interpersonal skills and discretion
Able to manage multiple priorities under pressure
Fast-paced, hybrid work environment
Some travel and flexible hours required
