JOB PURPOSE:

Executive Assistant to Turkey Country General Manager provides administrative and operational assistance to senior leaders outside the Management Board, primarily within the Customer Development (CD), Research & Development (RD), and Supply Chain (SC) organizations. This role plays a key part in ensuring functional teams operate efficiently by managing daily administrative tasks, overseeing departmental expenses, and supporting coordination needs across teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide administrative support to senior leaders in CD, RD, and SC.
• Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and support planning for function-specific events or activities.
• Process and track departmental expense reports, purchase requests, and budget-related documentation.
• Ensure timely communication and follow-up with internal stakeholders regarding operational or administrative matters.
• Maintain accurate records and support documentation flow across departments.
• Collaborate closely with other assistants to ensure consistency and alignment across all departments.
• Assist in the coordination of trainings, townhalls, and other internal engagement activities.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and drive efficiencies within the supported functions.
