We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive team. This role goes beyond traditional administrative tasks, as the selected candidate will also be responsible for creating and editing video content for internal and external communication, marketing initiatives, and social media campaigns.
The ideal candidate should have strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience in video editing software and tools, alongside proven experience in supporting senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to executives, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and follow-ups.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and communication material for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Handle email correspondence, draft professional communications, and ensure timely responses on behalf of executives.
- Create, edit, and manage video content for internal announcements, social media, marketing campaigns, and executive messages.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure video content aligns with brand guidelines and communication goals.
- Support in event planning, coordination of team activities, and other executive projects.
- Conduct research, gather data, and prepare briefings as required by executives.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion at all times.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or a similar administrative role.
- Strong video editing skills using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Discretion, professionalism, and a proactive attitude are a must.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in content creation or social media marketing.
- Familiarity with basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
- Prior experience working with senior leadership or in a tech/creative environment.
