JOB PROFILE: EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT – HUMAN RESOURCES & ADMINISTRATION

ROLE PURPOSE
The Executive Assistant – HR & Administration is a central role at Harion Zarilon.
You are the execution backbone to leadership — enabling clarity, discipline, and coordination across teams, while upholding our values of integrity, simplicity, and collective growth.
This position merges executive support, people operations, and administrative efficiency, requiring a proactive, mature, and reliable individual who thrives on ownership and structured progress.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Executive Coordination
- Support the Managing Director in daily schedules, communication, documentation, and meeting follow-ups.
- Track key initiatives, timelines, and deliverables across departments.
- Prepare reports, presentations, MOMs, and ensure commitments are closed on time.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all leadership-level communication.
- Plan and manage travel, appointments, and events with precision.
2. Human Resources & People Management
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation processes.
- Support in defining KRAs, appraisal systems, and performance monitoring.
- Coordinate training, employee engagement, and welfare programs.
- Maintain payroll inputs, attendance, and compliance data in sync with HR consultants.
- Foster a professional, disciplined, and value-driven culture in alignment with the company’s principles.
3. Administration & Operations
- Oversee daily office operations: housekeeping, facility management, and supplies.
- Manage vendor contracts, utilities, and service partners effectively.
- Monitor administrative expenses and support budgeting.
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and efficiency of the work environment.
- Organize internal events, leadership meetings, and external visits.

KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration or HR.
- 4–8 years of experience in Executive Assistance, HR, or Office Management.
- Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
- High level of accountability and integrity.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and HR tools.
- Calm under pressure, dependable, and execution-focused.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
