Executive Assistant/Office Manager

Seeking an Executive Assistant (EA) with experience working in a role supporting management or small office.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage business/personal calendar and schedule appointments, both personal and business related, on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Draft letters, and client correspondence.
  • Manage multiple assignments simultaneously and shift priorities, as necessary.
  • Act as central coordinator/liaison/point between executive and other departments.
  • Filter all communication to and from the management team.
  • Organize and maintain all signed copies of contracts, agreements, and other documents related to the President’s work.
  • Scheduling personal and business travel arrangements and large-scale meetings and events
  • Duties will include addressing all correspondence directed to the President, including phone calls, emails, faxes, letters, etc.
  • Manage outlook calendar and contacts

Requirements:

  • Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel
  • 3+ Years of experience supporting at the executive level
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication with the ability to interact with professionals at all levels
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $38,000-$45,000; Compensation based on prior qualifications and experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
