Executive Assistant/Office Manager

Part-Time Executive Assistant to Founder (Women-Owned Business)
Hours: Starting at 15 hours per week (potential for additional hours)

We are looking for a highly organized, adaptable Executive Assistant to support the Founder of a growing women-owned business. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, flexible, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities may shift.

The Founder is highly creative and entrepreneurial, so this position requires someone who enjoys bringing structure, organization, and follow-through to daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage email and written correspondence
  • Assist with scheduling and calendar management
  • Handle phone communication and client inquiries professionally
  • Organize documents, spreadsheets, and basic administrative systems
  • Help keep projects and tasks on track
  • Provide general administrative support as needed

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal)
  • Excellent Excel and basic spreadsheet skills
  • Professional phone and communication skills
  • Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable adapting to changing priorities
  • Light bookkeeping skills are a plus

Position Details
