Executive Assistant/Office Manager

I’m replacing my executive support team and seeking a part-time assistant/marketing coordinator who will work closely with me in person.

This is not a desk-only role. It’s hands-on, people-focused, and built on trust. You’ll become a key part of my day-to-day business, supporting client outreach, creating marketing content, and making sure operations run smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

Help manage daily office tasks and executive scheduling

Make calls and follow up with prospective clients

Support webinars, mixers, and networking activities

Create and post 2–3 weekly videos across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn

Attend networking events, expos, and (occasionally) international business trips

Represent the business professionally during client interactions
