We specialize in high-level executive protection, special operations, and global risk management for high-profile individuals, executives, and strategic clients.

We operate in a startup-like environment — agile, fast-moving, and scaling quickly. We're now seeking a top-tier Executive Assistant & Internal Operations Manager to join our tight-knit team and help scale this business to the next level.

This is not just a support role — we’re looking for someone with the capability, patience, and passion to grow into a key internal leader, someone who can take ownership of our internal operations and become the "right hand" to the founder.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide high-level executive support to the CEO (calendar, priorities, follow-ups)
  • Manage all internal workflows, communication, and administrative systems
  • Handle bookkeeping and expense tracking (QuickBooks or Zoho Books)
  • Coordinate logistics, travel, and internal/external team schedules
  • Organize and maintain company documentation, SOPs, and contracts
  • Track tasks, deadlines, and CRM systems for project and client management
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and scaling internal operations
  • Follow up with vendors, partners, and subcontractors
  • Operate as the central point of stability in a fast-moving, growing company

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years experience as an executive assistant, office manager, or internal operations lead
  • Someone extremely organized, disciplined, and solutions-oriented
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Tech-savvy and interested in working with AI tools, automation, and digital platforms
  • Confident using tools like QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Excel/Google Sheets, Dropbox, G-Suite
  • Comfortable working under pressure and managing fast-changing priorities
  • Mission-driven personality — we want someone who believes in building something meaningful
  • Fluent English required; Spanish, Hebrew, Ukrainian and/or Russian are major pluses
  • Based in Miami area and fully available to work on-site in North Miami
