Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant (TEMP TO PERM)
We’re partnering with a fast-growing, well-funded startup in the live events/consumer tech space to hire an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant supporting two Co-Founders during an exciting period of growth. This is a newly created, high-impact role ideal for someone early in their career (1–3 years of experience) who is eager, proactive, and excited to roll up their sleeves in a startup environment.
5 days onsite, NoHo NYC
Compensation:
• Temporary hourly rate: equivalent to permanent salary
• Permanent salary: $80–90K
The Role
This position will serve as the right hand to the founders, acting as a true gatekeeper and operational partner. The role is ~85–90% professional support with some personal assistance as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Heavy calendar and inbox management across two executives
• Coordinating complex scheduling, meetings, and travel logistics
• Assisting with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks
• Supporting office management (snacks, vendors, team events, etc.)
• Helping implement processes and create structure in a growing environment
• Occasional personal support (errands, appointments, travel-related needs)
Who They’re Looking For:
• 1–3 years of EA/AA/PA experience
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Calm under pressure with strong judgment
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment
• A “no task too big or small” mindset
• Professional and highly trustworthy
