- Timely evaluation of stores to ensure discipline and adherence to operational standards & compliance towards:
- Inventory Management (SVI) including FOC’s & Testers
- Backstore management
- Delivery Compliance (GIT, IST, WH, Damages, Trading / Non-Trading)
- Product merchandising & display standards (hard / soft tags)
- Store IT assets (asset tracker management)
- CCTV compliance, Security checks process (people, customer, trash, etc.)
- Customer Service, Health & Safety, Complaints Mngt.
- Loyalty Program, Returns, Refunds & Exchange. C&C, SCO
- Financial documents, Safe & Key Mngt, Staff lockers & checks
- Timely completion and action plan on SLAP
Inventory Management
- Ensure calendar plans are timely signed off to conduct schedule physical inventory counts
- Compliance to Stock Count process with follow-up action plans for improvement
- Compliance checks on documents of records (stock count reports)
Financial Accuracy
- Verify sales data, review financial records, and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
- Compliance checks on Safe & Keys, Cash & Non-cash mngt, Foreign Currency Mngt, GV’s, Manual Bill Books, employee Passports, Trade Licence, Commercial License, Work Permits
- Till / Float management compliance, Petty Cash management compliance
- Returns & Refunds compliance.
Security & Safety
- Assess in-store security measures & safety protocols
- Regulatory compliance to prevent loss and fraud
- Compliance checks on Health & Safety, Fire Warden, First Aiders & Food Safety champion readiness
- Compliance checks on CCTV, EAS, Footfall Counters, Sensors, Safe Exits.
People Metrics
- Staff awareness on GSOP, HR Policies, Safety Compliance
- Employee Passport & EID management
- User login ID credentials compliance (cash / ops)
- Goals / KPI’s management
- Compliance to FZE guidelines
