About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Executive Backend Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy scalable backend systems while working on business process automation and performance optimization. This is an excellent opportunity for a budding engineer with 0–1 year of experience who wants to grow their career in backend development, cloud technologies, and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

Backend Architecture & Development

• Assist in the design, development, and deployment of backend systems using Golang and PHP (Laravel, CodeIgniter).
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

API & Microservices

• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices to support high-availability applications.

Database Management

• Manage and optimize MySQL/MariaDB databases focusing on performance, scalability, and data security.

Performance & Scalability

• Implement caching strategies, asynchronous processing, and scalable workflows.

CI/CD & DevOps

• Work with CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes deployments, and cloud-native services.

Integrations

• Support integrations with third-party APIs, messaging systems (Pub/Sub, Redis), and notification services (push/email).

Documentation & Collaboration

• Create and maintain technical documentation, API contracts, and onboarding guides.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and Frontend to ensure smooth delivery.

Technical Skills

• Programming Languages: Golang, PHP (Laravel, CodeIgniter), Shell Scripting
• Cloud Platforms: AWS (Lambda, S3, EC2, RDS, CloudFront, Redis), GCP (Cloud Run, Pub/Sub)
• Frameworks & Architecture: REST API, MVC, Microservices
• Web Technologies: HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery
• Databases: MySQL, MariaDB, Oracle, PostgreSQL

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
