Wonderla Holidays Ltd (Wonderla), founded in 2000, is one of the largest amusement park operators in India. It currently operates four amusement parks situated in Kochi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad & Bhubaneswar under the brand name Wonderla and a resort in Bengaluru under the name Wonderla Resorts. The company commissioned its first amusement park in Kochi in 2000 (earlier known as Veegaland), the second amusement park in Bengaluru in 2005, the third one in Hyderabad in 2016 & fourth park at Bhubaneswar in 2024. Wonderla is opening park in Chennai which is currently under construction.

A dynamic Sales professional with a proven track record of success in the Telangana and surrounding market and possessing a keen understanding of regional business dynamics. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong negotiation skills, a passion for tailoring solutions to meet client needs, and a proactive approach to achieving and exceeding sales targets in the Mahbubnagar, Kurnool, Market and Warangal, Khammam, Surya pet Market.

Responsibilities

· Develop sales in the new market and identifying new sales leads

· Responsible for footfall numbers through schools, colleges and corporates

· Identify new business Channels

· Building business relationships with current and potential clients

· Developing customized targeted sales strategies

· Act as a bridge between business development partner and the company

· Develop business initiatives and support in creation of new revenue

· streams and strategic customer development.

· Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients;

· maintaining database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client

information

· Train and develop business development partner executives to generate business

· Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software

Requirements · Proven experience in business development, with a strong focus on the Corporate Segments · Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills. · Team Player · Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in IT skills · Strong analytical and reporting skills. · Effective communication and presentation abilities. · Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. · Strong organizational and time management skills.

Qualification:

Any Graduate/Post Graduate

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
