Job Description &ndash; Executive Procurement (F&amp;B &amp; Retail)Role Objective: To manage end-to-end procurement of Food &amp; Beverage and Retail consumables, ensuring cost-effective sourcing, timely availability, quality compliance, and smooth operational support.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Source, negotiate, and procure Food &amp; Beverage items, retail merchandise, consumables, packaging materials, and services from approved local and regional vendors.</li><li>Ensure cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality, hygiene, and brand standards.</li><li>Evaluate vendor quotations to ensure alignment with commercial terms, quality parameters, shelf life, and operational requirements.</li><li>Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) as per approved indent and budget.</li><li>Prepare and verify Goods Received Notes (GRN) for F&amp;B and retail supplies in coordination with stores and operations teams.</li><li>Maintain inventory at optimum levels, ensuring FIFO/FEFO (First Expiry First Out) compliance, especially for perishable items.</li><li>Conduct periodic physical inventory counts and reconcile variances.</li><li>Handle daily operational procurement needs, including demand planning, order placement, follow-ups, and delivery coordination.</li><li>Monitor and ensure timely delivery to avoid stock-outs during peak operational hours.</li><li>Address and resolve vendor-related issues related to supply shortages, quality deviations, damages, billing discrepancies, and service concerns.</li><li>Evaluate and monitor supplier performance based on quality consistency, delivery timelines, pricing, and service levels.</li><li>Develop and implement procurement strategies to support high-volume sales, seasonal demand, promotions, and short lead-time requirements.</li><li>Ensure compliance with food safety standards, statutory requirements, and internal procurement policies.</li><li>Coordinate with F&amp;B Operations, Retail, Stores, Finance, and Audit teams for smooth procurement and payment processing.</li><li>Perform any other ad-hoc procurement or operational duties as assigned by management.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Executive Procurement

Experience<ul><li>2 to 4 years of experience in procurement</li><li>Experience in F&amp;B, hospitality, hotels, QSR, retail, or amusement parks preferred</li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in day-to-day procurement of food, beverages, consumables, and general items</li><li>Coordinate with vendors for timely supply as per quality and quantity requirements</li><li>Conduct basic quality checks to ensure freshness and hygiene standards</li><li>Raise purchase orders and maintain proper procurement documentation</li><li>Track inventory levels and coordinate with stores to avoid shortages or excess stock</li><li>Support vendor negotiations and maintain vendor relationship records</li><li>Monitor market prices and report fluctuations to seniors</li><li>Coordinate with Finance for invoice submission and payment follow-ups</li><li>Ensure compliance with procurement SOPs and food safety standards</li><li>Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly procurement reports</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Basic knowledge of procurement and vendor coordination</li><li>Good communication and negotiation skills</li><li>Ability to work under pressure during peak operational days</li><li>Basic proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems</li><li>Strong attention to detail and documentation</li><li>Willingness to work on weekends and holidays as per business needs</li></ul>Preferred Requirements<ul><li>Knowledge of local vendors and markets</li><li>Experience handling perishable items</li><li>Languages: English and Tamil preferred</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
