Job Purpose:
To enable data-driven marketing decision-making by delivering timely insights, performance analytics, and actionable intelligence across customer, product, and network dimensions.
Job Responsibilities:

Executing long and short-term Business Intelligence & Advanced Analytics strategies for delivering management reporting & Business Insights

Analysis on subscriber base, usage behavior, including changes over time

Data Crunching & validation along with Data quality check to keep KPIs tracker updated for management reporting

Designing processes for effective data analysis and reporting

Propose solutions and strategies to business challenges using a variety of data mining/data analysis methods, using a variety of data tools, building and implementing models, using machine learning algorithm.

Responsible to deliver valuable insight to Business users by identifying hidden patterns, predicting subscriber activity, or developing affinities within our customer base.
Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):
Education:
-
In principle to have a minimum bachelor's degree preferably in CS/IT/AI, Accounting and Finance, BBA, statistic or other relevant degree.
Work Experience:
-
Should have preferably up to 1-2 years of relevant experience.
Skills – Job Specific:

Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills with a background in analytics/segments/pricing

Strong communication skills along with the ability to get things done

Basic experience with Analytics BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik etc. is a major plus

Experience using statistical computer languages (R, Python, SLQ, etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets.

Knowledge of machine learning and advanced statistical techniques (clustering, regression, classification, association rule mining, deep & reinforcement learning, statistical tests, properties of distributions) and experience with applications.
