We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented
Executive Board Assistant
to support the CEO of a leading FMCG company at their Maltepe office. This is a dynamic and visible role that combines executive assistance with analytical and sales support responsibilities. The ideal candidate will work closely with the CEO on managing the daily agenda and taskflow, while also contributing to the strategic and operational effectiveness of the Sales function.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal departments, particularly Sales and Commercial teams

Support the CEO in preparing and facilitating sales meetings, including agenda setting, content creation, and documentation of outcomes

Overseeing and coordinating the CEO’s demanding and complex schedule, ensuring seamless management of calendar conflicts and priorities.

Track and analyze sales KPIs, forecasts, and performance dashboards; ensure timely and accurate reporting to the CEO and relevant teams

Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure availability and integrity of data required for regular and ad hoc reporting

Develop, automate, and maintain executive reports and dashboards, providing clear insights to support data-driven decision-making

Create high-quality presentation templates and executive-level materials for internal and external stakeholders

Manage the CEO’s follow-up actions with discretion and efficiency

Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure alignment with business priorities
-
Proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency, streamline communication, and support decision-making processes
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

At least 5-8 years of experience in commercial/business control, sales, sales excellence, commercial operations, or management consulting—preferably within FMCG or related sectors

Proven experience in preparing reports and dashboards for senior leadership, with strong command of Excel and reporting tools

Ability to work with large sets of data, understand reporting requirements, and coordinate with other teams to access, validate, and utilize business data effectively

Strong analytical and presentation skills; proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)

Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Professional demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Turkish and English

Proactive, discreet, and capable of working with high-level stakeholders
