We are seeking a Creative & Strategy Associate to own the content planning lifecycle. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive content calendars, conducting deep-dive trend research to keep the brand culturally relevant, and ensuring the timely delivery of all creative assets. Additionally, this role includes the scope of managing final postings to ensure strategy alignment at the point of publishing.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Content Planning & Strategy
● Develop and manage monthly and weekly content calendars, ensuring a cohesive narrative across all platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube).
● Conduct daily trend research (trending audio, memes, cultural moments) to inform "Real-time" content opportunities.
● Translate high-level campaign strategies into actionable creative briefs for the design and video teams.
2. Asset Management & Delivery
● Serve as the traffic manager for creative assets, ensuring all deliverables meet specifications and deadlines.
● Quality check all creative assets against brand guidelines before they go live. Social Media Publishing
● Manage the actual posting schedule, ensuring content goes live at optimal times for engagement.
● Write and optimize captions, utilizing SEO-based keywords and hashtags for maximum discoverability.
Experience Required:
● 2-3 years of experience in social media strategy, creative planning, or account management.
● Strong understanding of social trends and platform-specific nuances (TikTok vs. LinkedIn).
● Excellent organizational skills with experience using project management tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per month
