Role Overview
The Executive – Brand Marketing will be responsible for independently planning and executing brand and social media initiatives to strengthen brand presence, drive engagement, and support business goals. This role requires hands-on execution with strong ownership, analytical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration.
Roles & Responsibilities
Brand & Social Media Strategy

Plan and execute social media strategies aligned with brand positioning and marketing objectives

Identify target audiences and tailor messaging across platforms

Track industry trends and competitor activity to optimise brand communication
Content & Campaign Execution

Own end-to-end content execution including copy, briefs, calendars, and coordination with design/creative teams

Execute brand campaigns, product launches, influencer collaborations, and seasonal initiatives

Ensure consistency of brand tone, messaging, and visual identity across platforms
Performance Analysis & Reporting

Monitor key metrics such as reach, engagement, traffic, and conversions

Analyse campaign performance and derive actionable insights

Share learnings and recommendations to improve future campaigns
Collaboration & Ownership

Work closely with design, performance marketing, product, and e-commerce teams

Take accountability for timelines, execution quality, and outcomes

Drive initiatives independently with minimal supervision
Skills & Experience
Must Have:

1–3 years of experience in brand marketing, social media, or content marketing

Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms

Excellent written communication and storytelling skills

Experience planning and executing brand or social media campaigns
