Datamate is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Executive – Business Development to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and delivering innovative hospitality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the Hotel Industry.
- Utilize multiple lead generation methods, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and industry networking.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Conduct engaging sales presentations, product demonstrations, and prepare tailored proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close business deals effectively.
- Keep updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
- Support the development and execution of marketing strategies for our hospitality software solutions.
- Provide excellent customer support across the sales cycle and post-sales engagement.
- Address client queries promptly and resolve concerns in a timely manner.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the hospitality or technology sector.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
