Job Purpose:

To drive Business Process Reengineering (BPR) initiatives by effectively coordinating with cross-functional teams, leveraging structured change management approaches to identify and prioritize organization-wide improvement opportunities.

Apply DMAIC methodology and process modeling techniques to analyze workflows, identify failure points, implement risk controls, and develop actionable project plans that enhance efficiency, control, and overall process performance and deliver measurable business and commercial impact (cost optimization, revenue enablement, and operational efficiency).
Job Responsibilities:

Lead and facilitate BPR projects across the company and within cross-functional teams.

Identify and prioritize organization-wide business process reengineering needs.

Perform advanced data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, root causes, and improvement opportunities.

Extract, clean, and consolidate data from multiple sources to enable accurate decision-making

Develop insight-driven presentations, reports, and dashboards for management and leadership reviews

Translate complex data into clear business insights and actionable recommendations

Assist in process mapping (AS-IS / TO-BE), identifying bottlenecks and areas for optimization

Drive process improvement initiatives using reengineering methodologies (Six Sigma, LEAN, DMAIC) to modernize processes, improve quality, enhance customer experience, and increase cost-efficiency across the organization

Track project progress, action items, KPIs, and timelines; ensure timely follow-ups with stakeholders

Develop and maintain automated reports and dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Excel) for continuous monitoring

Assist in identifying opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvement

Support documentation of processes, SOPs, and improvement recommendations

Provide regular updates and analytical insights to support management decision-making

Oversee compliance and risk controls for the CAD department, ensuring effective governance of departmental risks and adherence to regulatory standards.

Evaluate process improvement initiatives from a techno-commercial perspective, including cost-benefit analysis, ROI, and business impact assessment

Collaborate with business, finance, and technical teams to align process improvements with organizational commercial objectives

Support development of business cases for process changes, automation, and system enhancements
Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):
Education:

Must have a Bachelor’s degree. Master’s degree will be preferred.
Work Experience:

Up to 3 to 4 years related work experience is required.
