Executive – Business Support & Operations

Overview
The Business Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across multiple business functions, including HR, administration, finance support, marketing coordination, and client servicing. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask while maintaining professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Human Resources & Administration
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
  • Coordinate internal communications and maintain company culture initiatives.
  • Organize internal events, including photography/videography of staff.
  • Finance & Bookkeeping
  • Manage basic bookkeeping, expense tracking, and vendor payments.
  • Support finance team with reconciliations and reporting.
  • Business Support
  • Prepare company presentations, reports, and proposals.
  • Handle data entry, Excel work, and management of company documents.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and office operations.
  • Client & After-Sales Support
  • Handle customer follow-up calls and post-sales service support.
  • Ensure client queries are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
  • Marketing & Media Support
  • Assist in content creation (employee photos/videos, event coverage).
  • Support marketing team in organizing campaigns and documentation.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in operations, administration, or office management.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle cross-functional responsibilities.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
