IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Utilize customer information assets within the organization using Business Intelligence and Analytics technology to support business requirements.

Run CVM & Churn Campaigns through EVAM CMS.
-
Use BI tools in accordance with the PTCL’s business objectives.
-
Supporting in timely update of CVM & Churn offer matrix.
-
Furnishing Adhoc reports on immediate basis as and when required.
-
Supporting in new CVM & Churn report development.
-
Managing RFCs relating to CVM/Churn requirements.
-
Managing AI Models for improving campaigns efficiency.
-
Support in all sort of customer and product analysis.
-
Providing timely support with regards to CVM/Churn incentive processing.
-
Liasoning with IT Billing, BI, Customer Care, Contact Center, e&, Regional, Segments and Finance teams for seamless operations of CVM Business
HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

Implement targeted upsell and cross- sell campaigns to achieve an increase in fixed broadband revenue within the next year.

Implement customer feedback surveys and suggestion programs Analyze feedback data to identify areas for improvement.

Standardize operational processes to ensure consistency, reduce errors, and improve overall efficiency in day-to- day processes.

Optimize communication channels for upsell and cross-sell campaigns to maximize reach and effectiveness.

Identify products/services with the highest upsell and cross-sell potential. Create personalized and targeted messaging for each customer segment with customized artworks and shouts for each segment.

Reduce the churn rate by identifying at-risk customers, addressing their pain points, and implementing targeted retention strategies. By enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
Qualification

Minimum Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience:

1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
