Key Responsibilities
- Lead kitchen operations and maintain high standards
- Develop seasonal menus and tasting experiences (6–10 courses)
- Elevate Middle Eastern flavors with modern techniques
- Train and manage the kitchen team
- Ensure consistency, cost control, and efficient service
Requirements
- Experience in fine dining / tasting menu kitchens
- Strong creativity and modern plating skills
- Leadership and team management ability
- Passion for innovation and high-level execution
