Royal House is seeking an Executive Chef with a strong fine dining and tasting menu background to lead a modern Middle Eastern, seafood-focused concept.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead kitchen operations and maintain high standards
  • Develop seasonal menus and tasting experiences (6–10 courses)
  • Elevate Middle Eastern flavors with modern techniques
  • Train and manage the kitchen team
  • Ensure consistency, cost control, and efficient service

Requirements

  • Experience in fine dining / tasting menu kitchens
  • Strong creativity and modern plating skills
  • Leadership and team management ability
  • Passion for innovation and high-level execution
