Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and inspire the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes consistently
• Design and develop innovative menus aligned with the brand and customer preferences
• Oversee food preparation, presentation, and portion control
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Manage kitchen inventory, food costs, and supplier relationships
• Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain excellence and efficiency
• Collaborate with management on seasonal promotions and special events
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Exceptional knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen operations
• Ability to manage budgets and control food costs
• Creativity and passion for food innovation
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
