We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef Baker to lead and develop our bakery operations in a professional hospitality environment

Role Overview:

Oversee all bakery production

Ensure high standards of quality, consistency, and innovation

Lead the bakery team and develop new recipes

Drive operational excellence

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily bakery operations

Develop and innovate products (bread, viennoiserie, pastries)

Ensure product quality and consistency

Monitor inventory, control costs, and reduce waste

Maintain hygiene and food safety standards

Train and develop team members

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Executive Chef Baker or Senior Bakery Chef

Strong knowledge of artisan baking, fermentation, and pastry techniques

Leadership and team management skills

Experience in high-volume or hospitality environments

Creativity and attention to detail
