Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef with a strong background in diet food production and large-scale banqueting operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for menu development, kitchen operations, food quality, cost control, and team leadership, ensuring high standards across both health-focused meal plans and banquet services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all kitchen operations for diet food programs and banqueting events
  • Design and develop nutritionally balanced diet menus in collaboration with nutritionists or dieticians
  • Plan and execute large-scale banquets, events, and catered functions with consistent quality
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
  • Control food costs, portioning, inventory, and wastage to meet budget targets
  • Train, supervise, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain high performance
  • Coordinate with operations, service teams, and suppliers for smooth event execution
  • Maintain menu innovation while meeting dietary requirements and client expectations
  • Monitor kitchen equipment maintenance and operational efficiency

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Head Chef
  • Strong experience in diet food / healthy meal planning (calorie-controlled, special diets, etc.)
  • Extensive background in banqueting and high-volume food production
  • Knowledge of nutrition principles and special dietary requirements
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and cost-management skills
  • Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple operations simultaneously
  • Culinary degree or professional certification is an advantage

  • Experience working with hospitals, wellness centers, catering companies, or hotels
  • Excellent communication and team management abilities
  • Creative approach to menu development while maintaining consistenc
