Key Responsibilities:
As an Executive in Client Servicing, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of our services.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of digital marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with clients to identify their digital marketing needs and develop effective strategies to achieve their goals.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Ensure clear and effective communication between internal teams and clients.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Understanding of digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
