AcuMax Index is growing — and we’re expanding our reach in the Dallas/Fort Worth market. We’re looking for an experienced Executive Consultant to help us build new business, strengthen client partnerships, and drive measurable results for organizations across Texas and the South-Central region.

If you’re a seasoned, consultative sales professional who thrives on building executive relationships and driving growth through meaningful conversations, this role is for you.

As an Executive Consultant, you’ll act as both a business development leader and trusted advisor, connecting with CEOs, COOs, and HR executives across the DFW business community. You’ll help organizations leverage AcuMax’s behavioral assessment platform and consulting programs to enhance hiring, leadership development, and team performance.

This is a remote role based in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, focused on developing new relationships and establishing AcuMax’s presence across Texas’s high-growth industries and professional networks.

Key Responsibilities


Business Development & Sales
  • Build AcuMax’s presence in your region by developing relationships with local business leaders, associations, and referral networks.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach, networking events, referrals, and inbound leads.
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from discovery to demos to contract negotiation and close.
  • Promote AcuMax’s consulting, training, and workshops to both new and existing clients.
  • Represent AcuMax at industry conferences, CEO groups, and regional events.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline and meet or exceed regional revenue targets.


Client Advisory & Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned accounts, ensuring a proactive and high-touch client experience.
  • Guide clients through onboarding, including system setup, report interpretation, and position profile creation.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to help clients use AcuMax insights to improve hiring, leadership, and team performance.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to drive adoption, renewals, and account growth.
  • Monitor account health, identify risks early, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance client experience.
