As an Executive Consultant, you’ll act as both a trusted advisor and market developer, engaging CEOs, COOs, and HR executives across the Research Triangle and surrounding regions. You’ll guide clients in applying AcuMax’s assessment and consulting solutions to improve hiring, strengthen leadership pipelines, and foster more effective teams.
This is a remote role based in the Raleigh–Durham area, focused on growing AcuMax’s presence across North Carolina and the broader Southeast corridor.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Build AcuMax’s presence in your region by developing relationships with local business leaders, associations, and referral networks.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach, networking events, referrals, and inbound leads.
- Manage the full sales cycle — from discovery to demos to contract negotiation and close.
- Promote AcuMax’s consulting, training, and workshops to both new and existing clients.
- Represent AcuMax at industry conferences, CEO groups, and regional events.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline and meet or exceed regional revenue targets.
Client Advisory & Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned accounts, ensuring a proactive and high-touch client experience.
- Guide clients through onboarding, including system setup, report interpretation, and position profile creation.
- Act as a trusted advisor to help clients use AcuMax insights to improve hiring, leadership, and team performance.
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to drive adoption, renewals, and account growth.
- Monitor account health, identify risks early, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance client experience.
