As a key member of the Total Rewards Center of Excellence (CoE), the Compensation Analyst supports the design, analysis, and administration of competitive, cost-effective, and legally compliant compensation programs that align with Novant Health’s mission and business objectives.
Reporting directly to the Compensation Manager, this role partners closely with Compensation Partners and other HR stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights, maintain compensation structures, and support systemwide initiatives. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth.
What You’ll Do:

Collaborate with Compensation Partners to analyze and recommend compensation actions, job evaluations, and pay structures that align with market data and internal equity.

Manage and resolve ServiceNow tickets, ensuring timely and accurate responses to compensation-related inquiries.

Perform compensation audits and data validation to maintain compliance and accuracy across systems.

Upload and maintain job descriptions, conduct job description analyses, and support job documentation updates.

Assist with special projects and systemwide compensation initiatives, including market reviews and pay studies.

Support the preparation and delivery of reports, dashboards, and presentations to leadership.

Contribute to continuous process improvement efforts within the Total Rewards CoE.

What We're Looking For:
- Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. Human Resources or related degree. *Substantial years of experience in a similar industry may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Experience: Two years HR/Compensation experience working with employees and leaders at various levels in a large, complex organization required. Two years Project Management, preferred.

Licensure/Certification: CCP certification, preferred.

Strong attention to project deadlines and details; broad-based experience in directing diverse operations to ensure organizational growth and advancement.
