Executive – Consumer Insights – JD
As an Executive – Consumer Insights, you will play a critical role in driving consumer
understanding through structured research, engagement, and analysis. Working closely
with cross-functional teams including Research, Marketing, Product, and Customer
Experience, you will translate consumer conversations and data into actionable insights
that inform business decisions. This role requires strong analytical thinking, stakeholder
coordination, and the ability to manage end-to-end consumer insight processes.
Responsibilities

Consumer Insight Strategy & Execution:
Collaborate with the Consumer Research and Business teams to design, execute,
and manage consumer insight initiatives aligned with business objectives.

Consumer Engagement & Research Management:
Oversee qualitative and quantitative consumer interactions including interviews,
feedback calls, panels, surveys, and product testing programs.

Consumer Feedback Collection:
Conduct structured and regular consumer interactions, including daily calls, to
gather feedback and assess satisfaction levels in alignment with defined research
objectives.

Data Collection & Analysis:
Analyze consumer feedback, satisfaction metrics, usage patterns, and sentiment
to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
Prepare clear, concise reports and presentations translating consumer data into
meaningful insights and recommendations for stakeholders.

Process & Panel Management:
Establish, optimize, and maintain efficient processes for consumer databases,
panels, research workflows, and follow-ups.

Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Marketing, Product Development, Customer Service, and Sales
teams to ensure insights are effectively leveraged.

Product & Market Understanding:
Develop deep knowledge of products, categories, and consumer behavior to
contextualize findings and guide strategic decisions.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and ethical standards in consumer data collection,
documentation, and reporting.
Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Psychology,
Economics, or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret qualitative
and quantitative data.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and hands on experience with AI tools; familiarity with
research tools and data visualization.
