IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

The position is responsible for managing the full tendering and contract lifecycle, including procedural activities, contract administration, PO preparation, and supplier relationship management. It ensures compliance, mitigates risks, and supports strategic sourcing initiatives to strengthen long-term supplier partnerships.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

• Manage end-to-end tendering procedures by preparing and processing procurement cases, ensuring compliance with policies, validating tender documents, coordinating advertisements, and supporting transparent, legally compliant bidding activities.
• Facilitate smooth contract management by drafting, reviewing, and coordinating contract documents, ensuring alignment with legal, commercial, and technical vetting, and overseeing timely signing and issuance of contractual agreements.
• Review SAP Purchase Requisitions and create accurate and compliant Purchase Orders aligned with approved contracts, while coordinating with end users to address discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records and secure custody of all bank guarantees by updating systems, verifying documentation, tracking validity, and managing extensions or releases as required.
• Oversee post-contract management for IT and wireless domain contracts by ensuring effective governance, vendor coordination, and adherence to organizational performance expectations.
• Engage in continuous capacity building by enhancing relevant skills and fostering collaboration with peers, stakeholders, and vendors to support professional and organizational growth.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification

• Bachelor`s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field
• Complete understanding of Procurement, Supply Chain with 1-2 years of experience can be preferable.
