IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

The position is responsible for managing the complete tendering and contract lifecycle for Fixed Network procurement, including procedural activities, contract administration, PO preparation, and supplier relationship management. It ensures compliance, mitigates risks, and supports strategic sourcing efforts to strengthen long-term partnerships with key suppliers.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

• Manage end-to-end tendering processes by preparing procurement cases, validating tender documents, and ensuring compliance with company policies and SOPs.
• Oversee contract management activities by drafting, reviewing, and coordinating contracts, amendments, and terms & conditions with relevant departments and contractors.
• Review SAP PRs for accuracy and create compliant Purchase Orders aligned with approved contracts, coordinating with end users to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of all bank guarantees by updating system entries and ensuring proper documentation and security.
• Execute post-contract management for Fixed Network contracts through effective governance, performance monitoring, and vendor relationship management.
• Pursue continuous professional development by enhancing skills and fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams and vendors.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification

• Bachelors / Masters in Supply Chain/Finance.
• Excellent Business Acumen, Understanding of T&C of Contracts, Risk Assessment, understanding of organization goals.

Technical Competenices

• SAP S/4Hana and SAP Ariba
• Microsoft Office Suite
