Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • 1–2 years of prior experience in administrative or coordination roles preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and calendar/scheduling tools
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and schedules.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, including invitations, agendas, and follow-ups.
  • Handle requests and queries with timely responses.
  • Maintain organized filing and documentation systems.
  • Provide administrative support.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure smooth communication across multiple channels (email, phone, in-person).
  • Prepare meeting minutes, reports, and professional presentations.
  • Maintain records in line with data protection and confidentiality standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs50,000.00 per month
