What You’ll Do

In this role, you will provide coordination and administrative support to the senior leadership team to ensure smooth execution of operational and commercial priorities across the organization.

Your responsibilities will include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel communication, preparing presentations and reports, maintaining records, and supporting reporting processes. You will also ensure timely follow-up on key action items, maintain confidential documentation, and facilitate communication between the senior leadership team office and cross-functional stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, Trade, Business Development, Finance, HR, and other support functions.

  • Managing schedules, meetings, appointments, and administrative workflows efficiently.
  • Preparing professional presentations, reports, and business correspondence.
  • Coordinating effectively across multiple departments and stakeholders.
  • Tracking action items and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Maintaining organized records and handling confidential information with discretion.
  • Communicating clearly and professionally in a corporate environment.
  • Demonstrating strong attention to detail, organization, and professionalism.
  • Managing multiple priorities in fast-paced and deadline-driven settings.


What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant discipline.
  • 3–5 years of experience in executive coordination or administrative support roles, preferably within commercial, sales, or marketing environments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capability.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage confidential information professionally.

This role works closely with the senior leadership team and collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and support functions to ensure smooth coordination of operational and commercial priorities.
