IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

The position is responsible for coordinating regional security operations on behalf of the Director, including liaison with law enforcement agencies, security audits, data analysis, and effective management of security personnel and resources. It also oversees security contracts and vendor performance, conducts internal audits, and ensures timely reporting and documentation of security incidents and loss assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate security operations efficiently to ensure rapid response and effective handling of security incidents.
• Maintain strong liaison with law enforcement agencies to ensure timely support during security incidents.
• Prepare detailed audit reports, maintain accurate guard and security data, and organize security documentation for compliance and analysis.
• Ensure full implementation of security contract clauses by vendors and verify accuracy of security pay bills.
• Conduct regular performance audits of security service providers to drive continuous improvement.
• Report theft incidents promptly and maintain comprehensive monthly theft reports detailing locations, losses, and assessments.

Qualification:

• Min. Bachelors (4-years) required
• Experience or relevency preferred in security management, crisis management and incident reporting
