IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

Executive shall be responsible for the overall Operations & Maintenance of the OSPs of his section. He shall manage all the administrative, financial, complaints and sales related issues for the exchanges, and shall ensure their maximum productivity & efficient performance.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT:

• Fault Rectification & Complaint Handling Surveying, testing, fault identifications. Preparation of preventive estimates and execution of work after sanction of preventive estimates as per BoQs.
• Dealing and resolving the communicated breakdowns, Public Dealing and addressing all type of public complaints.
• Ensure completion of installation & revenue targets and meeting the targets.
• Conducting Regular Sessions with Field Staff on EHS. Ensuring use of PPEs by Field Staff Sharing requirement with region for EHS tools requirement. Intimation to Admin and EHS teams in case of any incident.
• Plan & Design of OSP Network Planning & designing of New OSP Network according to Market Demand.
• Maintenance of Outside Plant Maintenance of underground cables as well as aerial cables Renovation of local loops.
• Jointing of underground and aerial cables Inspection of OSP Network & maintaining up to date OSP Network Data.
• Managing of staff and equipment in most efficient way and any other job assigned by supervisor.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

Qualification:

Education:

• BS Engineering (Telecommunication, Electrical, Electronics, Computer, Software, Computer Science, Networking etc)

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience is required.
