IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Facilitate towards business growth by acquiring and providing administrative services to new customers. Ensure network rehabilitation along with organizing and controlling daily, weekly and monthly targets . Enhance network in potential/dry areas to ensure the rehabilitation of faulty network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet PSTN, broadband and IPTV sales target, Ensure Marketing in potential for Sale enhancement.
• Monitor timely and proper rectification of complaints (MTTR , MTTP) and Accurate Mapping of NEs, Conduct monthly meeting about progress review of MTTR, Repeat, Denial, MTTP, CHI, revenue and gross sale.
• Assist in Rehabilitation planning of business rich areas and ensure resource provisioning for network improvement Co-ordinate with other agencies to protect and safeguard the PTCL Network during development activities
• Planning to handle underground cable faults under prioritized schedule Ensure Maintenance of underground cables, renovation of local loops.

Qualification:

• BS/BE(Electrical/ Electronics)/ BS CS from HEC recognized university.

Technical Competencies

• Maintenance of underground cables as well as aerial cables
• Surveying, testing, fault identifications, preparation of preventive estimates and execution of work.
• Preparation of GPON Base Map, planning & Project
