IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

Manage field and customer operations for the Wapda Town Exchange area, ensuring timely provisioning of services for new FF and Copper customers within defined service KPIs, along with prompt rectification of customer faults. Oversee rehabilitation of FF/Copper networks to enhance customer experience, achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly FF migration targets, and prepare data for new FF network planning and deployment in service-affecting areas. Handle PSTN, DSL, IPTV, FF, and GPON-related issues while monitoring and improving GPON CHI within the respective domain. Ensure timely mobilization of maintenance teams in case of faults and rectification activities, maintain HSE compliance during daily operations, and compile operational data from the domain, division, and region.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT:

• Provisioning of Services to New FF/ Copper Customers within defined service KPI’s in respective domain.
• Rectification of FF/Copper Customers faults within defined service KPI’s.
• Rehab or FF/Copper network for better customer experience.
• Achievement of Monthly/ Quarterly/ Yearly FF Migration Targets.
• Preparation of data for new FF network Planning/ deployment in service affecting areas.
• Handling PSTN/DSL/IPTV, FF issues related to respective domain
• Handling of GPON related issues. Monitor and improve GPON CHI respective domain.
• Timely mobilization of Maintenance Teams in case of Fault occurrences & Rectification.
• HSE Compliance respective domain during day to day job activities.
• Data compile form domain, division and Region.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

Qualification:

Education:

• BS Engineering (Telecommunication, Electrical, Electronics, Computer, Software, Computer Science, Networking etc)

Technical Competency:

• Network Planning, Project Management Skills
• Proficient in MS Excel/Power Point/Databases
• O&M of MSAG/NGN/IP/GPON Networks
• O&M AC/DC Power Plant
