IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Executive Customer Operations (Pak Capital-II KHI) KTR-II is responsible to ensure the availability and reliability of customer services, and timely restoration of complaints while maintaining KPIs.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

• Supervise and support the daily operations of the customer service team to ensure high performance and compliance with service standards.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, resolution time, customer satisfaction.
• Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve complex service issues with a solution-oriented approach.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, technical, store) to ensure seamless customer interactions and service continuity.
• Generate regular reports on customer operations performance and recommend actionable improvements.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification

• BS/BE/BSc. Engineering is required.

Qualification

• 2 to 3 Years of relevant experience

Competencies:

• FTTH
• GPON
• CRM
