IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

• Manage Data Centre Operations and Facilities including but not limited to Power, Cooling, and Allied services, and ensure uptime as per TIA 942 compliance.
• Manage SLA (Vendor and Customers), OLA to ensure smooth delivery.
• Ensure compliance with security and governance baselines.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

• Maintain a cost-to-performance ratio within predefined benchmarks. Regular cost analysis and optimization reviews. Implementation of resource scaling and rightsizing strategies.
• Respond to and resolve critical incidents within defined timeframes. Implementation of high-availability architecture and redundancy measures. Continuous monitoring and proactive incident management processes. Regular disaster recovery drills and failover testing.
• Achieve project milestones within specified deadlines. Clear project goals, task allocation, and regular progress tracking. Ongoing performance reviews and career development discussions. Training and skill enhancement programs for team members.
• Contribute to the successful adoption of innovative technologies. Encouragement of cross-functional collaboration for innovation. Implementation of best practices and benchmarking with industry-proven security solution implementation approaches and practices. Regular assessment of emerging technologies and their potential impact.
• Ensure Zero critical security incidents or breaches in a year. Successful completion of external compliance audits. Implementation of robust access controls and protocols.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification

• Graduation in Electrical Engineering, MS (Computer Science)
• Certifications: CDCP preferred
