Executive Director

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic, visionary, and results-oriented Executive Director to provide strategic, operational, and leadership direction for the organization. The Executive Director will be responsible for advancing the NGO’s mission, strengthening programs, ensuring financial sustainability, and representing the organization to stakeholders, donors, and partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall strategic leadership and direction aligned with the organization’s mission and values
• Oversee program development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation
• Lead organizational planning, governance support, and policy development in collaboration with the Board
• Ensure financial sustainability, including fundraising, donor relations, and budget oversight
• Manage and mentor senior management and staff, fostering a high-performance and inclusive culture
• Represent the organization publicly, strengthening partnerships with donors, government agencies, and civil society
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 10–20 years of progressive leadership experience, preferably within the NGO, non-profit, or development sector
• Proven experience at senior management or executive leadership level
• Strong background in strategic planning, organizational development, and financial management
• Demonstrated success in fundraising, resource mobilization, and stakeholder engagement
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and accountability frameworks

Location: EME Lahore

Salary: 200,000 - 350,000 per month.
