Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director - Delivery (DEL 1) to play a strategic role in driving the successful implementation of our groundbreaking projects. This leadership position is essential for ensuring that our initiatives in the entertainment, leisure, and tourism sectors are executed with precision and align with our company's vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the project delivery function, ensuring timely and high-quality execution of projects consistent with Qiddiya's strategic goals.
• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans that include engagement with key stakeholders and alignment with organizational priorities.
• Direct the performance of multi-disciplinary teams, promoting a culture of accountability and high standards of project management.
• Conduct regular assessments of project progress and implement corrective actions as needed to manage risks and resolve issues.
• Engage with stakeholders across the organization and externally to maintain strong partnerships and facilitate collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and maintain quality standards throughout project lifecycles.
• Provide oversight and mentorship to project managers and teams, enhancing their skills and ensuring professional growth.
• Prepare and present project updates and strategic insights to executive management, driving informed decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; Master’s degree is highly desirable.
• 20+ years of progressive experience in managing large-scale project delivery within fast-paced environments.
• Proven experience in leading teams to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills, with a focus on team development and performance improvement.
• Thorough knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage a wide range of stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to navigate challenges effectively.
