Executive Director - Delivery (MAS101)

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an exceptional Executive Director - Delivery (MAS101) to spearhead the successful execution of our transformative projects. This key leadership position plays a vital role in driving our ambitious goals within the entertainment and tourism sectors, ensuring that all initiatives are delivered efficiently and effectively.

The Executive Director - Delivery will be responsible for overseeing project development, ensuring alignment with the strategic vision of Qiddiya while maintaining the highest standards of quality and accountability. Your leadership will set the tone for our project teams, influencing a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the entire project delivery lifecycle, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya Investment Company's vision and strategic initiatives.
• Manage and direct the execution of all major projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Implement best practices in project management methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the delivery teams.
• Develop strong multidisciplinary teams across various project domains and instill a sense of ownership and accountability.
• Interface with stakeholders, including government authorities, partners, and community representatives, to facilitate project successes and address challenges.
• Conduct regular project reviews, risk assessments, and performance evaluations to ensure project objectives are met.
• Champion innovation and continuous improvement processes within the delivery function.
• Provide updates and critical insights for the Board and executive management regarding project health and strategic execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• At least 15 years of proven experience in managing project delivery, particularly in large-scale, complex development environments.
• A successful record of delivering high-profile projects from conception through to successful completion.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a demonstrated ability to inspire and drive high-performance teams.
• In-depth knowledge of project management best practices, methodologies, and tools, along with risk management principles.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with executive leadership and diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and decision-making.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and manage multiple priorities.
