Leads all aspects of RGA's Global Desktop Services teams. Oversees and directs the work of teams spanning the workstation deployments, physical asset control, conferencing services and ensuring excellent workforce experiences with these services. Establishes goals, metrics, and determines opportunities for improvements, assigns individual responsibilities, and provides training opportunities for associates. Determines and acquires resources needed for projects and support activities. Participates in the development of policies, procedures, standards, controls, and best practices. Supports IT-related business planning requirements including budgeting, scheduling, and workload planning.
Principle Duties
- Lead multiple larger and more complex projects and/or technology initiatives and apply innovative solutions to the administration of the Infrastructure Application Services teams.
- Perform supervisory duties including hiring, training, evaluating, coaching, and disciplining direct reports. Mentor associates within the department.
- Demonstrates leadership workforce satisfaction at RGA. Publishes and monitors customer satisfaction with workforce tooling. Evaluates and implements new technology appropriately.
- Maintains and fosters internal workforce client relationships. Takes ownership of the relationship and ensures that clients’ objectives are met.
- Plans and manages resources ensuring all projects meet obligations and budget expectations.
- Develops and establishes strategic and long-range goals and direction for Global Desktop Services area of Global Technology.
- Analyzes customer and business requirements and assists team functions in determining priorities and applying resources.
Work Experience
- 10+ years Information Technology or related systems experience with an emphasis on M365, Cisco, ServiceNow, and desktop OEM providers - Required
- 5+ years Management and technical leadership and supervisory experience in Information Technology - Required

- Highly advanced project management skills with demonstrates ability to evaluate project objectives and scope feasibility, gain understanding, schedule resources, and manage budget to plan - Required
- Highly Advanced oral and written communication skills, demonstrating the ability to convey business terminology that is meaningful and well received by a global workforce - Required
- People management skills, demonstrating an ability to lead, mentor and develop staff - Required
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills - Required
- Ability to manage multiple projects and/or sub-teams simultaneously, including the ability to delegate key areas of responsibility - Required
- Ability to adapt new methods and work under tight deadlines and stressful conditions - Required
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft’s M365 services (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint) and how to effectively support them for global companies - Required
- Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and Asset Management - Required
- Knowledge of Cisco Conferencing, and Telephony Services - Preferred

Compensation Range:
$123,500.00 - $184,050.00 Annual
Base pay varies depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and market location. In addition, RGA provides an annual bonus plan that includes all roles and some positions are eligible for participation in our long-term equity incentive plan. RGA also maintains a full range of health, retirement, and other employee benefits.
