Job Purpose

To lead and manage the full spectrum of Human Resources across the Group’s real estate, construction, and property businesses. The role is responsible for building a strong people strategy, driving performance, developing leadership capabilities, and ensuring compliance and culture alignment across all entities and projects.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the Group HR strategy in line with business objectives.
  • Lead organisation design, manpower planning, and talent development across corporate offices and project sites.
  • Oversee recruitment, retention, performance management, and succession planning for all levels.
  • Design and manage compensation, benefits, and reward structures to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
  • Drive training and leadership development programs to build local and expatriate capability.
  • Manage employee relations, engagement, and internal communication to promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Ensure full compliance with GCC labour laws, visa regulations, and occupational health & safety requirements .
  • Partner with business leaders and project managers to align HR operations with project timelines and workforce needs.
  • Lead HR systems improvement and digital transformation initiatives .
  • Promote a culture of integrity, performance, and collaboration across the Group.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience , including at least 5 years in a senior or group-level role within construction and/or real estate sectors .
  • Proven experience in the GCC region with strong knowledge of local labour laws and practices.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large, multicultural workforce and project-based HR operations.
  • Strong business acumen and experience supporting both operational and corporate environments.
  • Native Arabic speaker with excellent English communication skills.
