Job Purpose
To lead and manage the full spectrum of Human Resources across the Group’s real estate, construction, and property businesses. The role is responsible for building a strong people strategy, driving performance, developing leadership capabilities, and ensuring compliance and culture alignment across all entities and projects.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the Group HR strategy in line with business objectives.

Lead
organisation design, manpower planning, and talent development
across corporate offices and project sites.

Oversee
recruitment, retention, performance management, and succession planning
for all levels.

Design and manage
compensation, benefits, and reward structures
to ensure competitiveness and fairness.

Drive
training and leadership development programs
to build local and expatriate capability.

Manage
employee relations, engagement, and internal communication
to promote a positive workplace culture.

Ensure full
compliance with GCC labour laws, visa regulations, and occupational health & safety requirements

Partner with business leaders and project managers to align HR operations with project timelines and workforce needs.

Lead
HR systems improvement and digital transformation initiatives

Promote a culture of integrity, performance, and collaboration across the Group.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum
15 years of progressive HR leadership experience
, including at least
5 years in a senior or group-level role
within
construction and/or real estate sectors
.

Proven experience in the GCC region
with strong knowledge of local labour laws and practices.

Demonstrated success in managing large, multicultural workforce and project-based HR operations.

Strong business acumen and experience supporting both operational and corporate environments.

Native Arabic speaker
with excellent English communication skills.
