Executive Director of Employee Success

What we are looking for:

Aldridge is seeking an Executive Director of Employee Success to drive the company strategy of recruiting the industry’s best people and ensure that all team members are supported and equipped to succeed through all phases of their career at Aldridge.

What you’ll do:

  • Oversee the corporate recruiting initiative and fulfillment of any staffing needs.
  • Determine current and forecast future staffing needs.
  • Partner with operations and departmental leadership to develop talent acquisition strategies.
  • Direct all efforts to maintain company branding and “employer of choice” status.
  • Support early career and outreach initiatives that establish brand awareness and create candidate pipelines.
  • Optimize onboarding and offboarding processes and ensure that we create a best-in-class new hire experience.
  • Sponsor company policies and promote a fair and respectful working environment.
  • Mentor the Employee Success team in providing day-to-day employee assistance.
  • Drive engagement and foster the Aldridge culture and core values.
  • Equip managers with the tools needed to coach and retain their team members.
  • Support our operating groups as they navigate growth, change, and corporate initiatives.
  • Implement and sponsor an HRIS system and all required integrations.

Who you are:

  • 15+ years of experience in a business leadership role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, or another related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Thorough understanding of HR principles and best practices.
  • Ability to work with all levels of staff and management.
  • Time management skills and the ability to produce high quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask, stay highly organized and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking and HRIS Systems, as well as the Microsoft and Google Suites.

What we offer:

The annual base pay for this role is between $160,000 - $220,000. The actual pay is dependent upon many factors, including location, work experience, education, training, transferable skills, business needs, and market conditions. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. The role may also be eligible for a bonus. Aldridge provides a comprehensive benefits package that includes the following:
